Suggested Use

Do not eat or drink anything for 15 minutes before taking the drops. Place the recommended amount of drops under your tongue, wait 30 seconds, and then swallow the remaining liquid. (Holding drops under the tongue for longer is better, but not necessary.) Do not eat or drink anything for 15 minutes after taking the drops.
For consistent weight loss: You will need (1) 2oz bottle over the course of your 43-day diet, and (2) 2oz bottles over the course of the 64-day diet (64-day diet is recommended if you want to lose 20+ pounds.)
